After a previous false start that was aborted in December when serious battery drain issues were discovered, Google now plans to make Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.x) available as an update to owners of the Nexus S and Nexus S 4G smartphones sometime in the next few weeks, a source tells Engadget. Google pulled the updates repeatedly after making them available "to monitor quality feedback."
