Apple in its customary pre-launch details both confirmed a launch time for the new iPad and outlined the next wave of countries after the initial March 16 date. True to recent leaks, the first 10 countries will start selling the new tablet at retail at 8AM through at least Apple stores. Best Buy, Radio Shack, Sam's Club, Target, and Walmart will also have the iPad, although some of these are likely to open later.
