Microsoft is reportedly resisting becoming involved in one of Apple's many lawsuits against competing handset maker Samsung. The software giant has been subpoenaed in the case, as Samsung is calling on the company to present prior art from its own patents in an apparent attempt to invalidate the Apple patents at the center of the dispute.
