There's been a flurry of software activity from the Apple mothership today, and just when we think things are settling down, some new software appears. If you're on an iOS device you'll see a new version of iBooks, now at version 2.1. It's a redesign to support the new iPad Retina Display and adds a feature that lets page numbers correspond to the printed editions. This only works on some titles, but obviously the feature will be spreading to more and publications.
