Apple on Thursday bounced back from court defeats in Germany after it won its own ban against Motorola. A Munich-based judge ruled that the page turning in the photo gallery app, as used by Motorola's Android phones, violated Apple's patents when used in a zoomed-in mode. The feature is the same that led to Samsung changing code to avoid a ban in the Netherlands.
