Apple will hold its annual shareholders' meeting on February 23rd, investors are being notified. The event will be open to anyone who held shares on or before December 27th of last year. As with most such meetings, shareholders will be invited to vote on a number of proposed measures, and participate in the election of the board of directors. Internet voting on items is an option in the days prior to the gathering.
