Krona Cases offers a combination of a small wallet with an iPhone case, while SwitchEasy has announced two new iPhone cases, including one that is available in holiday colors for a limited time. Meanwhile, Killspencer has launched what they call iPhone "veils," adhesive wooden veneers.
