The company behind a number of cases that have added or enhanced iPhone and iPod abilities -- including one that turned an iPod Touch into a full-blown phone -- are testing a new device called the Vooma Peel PG92 that works with a jailbroken iPhone 4 or 4S and offers the ability to use two SIM cards simultaneously, using an unofficial app to control them. The case, which also provides a battery pack, could be ideal for users who move between two countries frequently.
