Samsung earned a key victory in an Australian federal court as it won its requests to look at Apple's carrier deals and code. Justice Annabelle Bennett ordered Apple to provide the terms of its deals with Optus, Telstra, and Vodafone to Samsung. The Korean company had previously claimed that it needed to know how much of a subsidy Apple was getting for iPhones so that it could determine what financial resources were supposedly being taken away from Samsung models.
