Kevin Rose's startup Milk acted on its promise and posted its first app project, Oink (free, App Store). The iOS app serves as a way of recommending particular products at a location, such as a meal or a theme park ride, and ranks them based on the number of votes. Users can search for whatever's best in a given area, and they can favorite, vote down, or give a 'so-so' rank if they think an item ranks in between.
