Samsung has lost another attempt to get Apple products barred over potential patent infringement, this time in Milan, Italy, where a court denied the Android phone maker's request to have the iPhone 4S launch delayed, the Italian news agency AGI is reporting. The ruling is temporary, however, and both companies will submit additional evidence to explain to disprove the allegations in mid-December. In the meantime, Apple can go ahead with this week's planned launch in Italy, the court ruled.
