Modo Labs has released v1.3 of the Kurogo Mobile Framework. The framework is an open-source project normally meant for creating mobile websites. A new iOS package, however, is built to allow the creation of companion iPhone and iPad apps. Modo claims that it should speed up development time for native iOS titles.
