Nokia's first Windows Phones might miss the US altogether in 2011 based on leaked ad plans. The copy obtained by AdAge showed that Nokia was still picking ad agencies and wouldn't start actively pitching phones in the US until 2012. Its details didn't preclude a US release, but it was doubtful Nokia would launch a new platform on the US without any attention.
