As far as iTunes updates go this is a pretty big one -- version 10.5 brings with it what Apple's calling iTunes in the Cloud, which lets you store your music and TV purchases in iCloud so you can access them on any other Apple device. That also includes automatic downloads of purchases to your Mac and iOS devices, and the ability to download previous purchases on said devices.
