Apple after some weeks' time has returned some of the parts that were used to boot up the escaped 3G MacBook Pro prototype. Following Carl Frega's returning the prototype to Apple on September 1 after a request, he told CNET that Apple had shipped back the Western Digital 320GB hard drive, official MacBook Pro battery, and two RAM sticks he used to prove it worked. The box showed up unmarked after several attempts to reach the security team in the past month.
