Magellan has updated its RoadMate apps adding a new Safety Alerts feature and three more optional voices. With RoadMate 2.2 users in the U.S. can now receive real-time red light and fixed speed camera alerts at no additional cost or choose to purchase a Premium Safety Alerts subscription that provides alerts for speed traps, speed cameras, live camera feeds, dangerous curves and school zones.
