Apple's Japanese retail store listings have already spoiled the company's launch plans. An entry with missing pictures refers to the iPhone 4S. Local stores will launch it on October 14 at 8AM, consistent with most rumors and with Apple's habit of launching at 8AM the Friday a week afterwards.
