Psystar was dealt a setback last week when a judge denied its appeal and upheld a permanent injunction that prevents the Mac clone maker from selling PC hardware with Mac OS X installed. Undeterred, Psystar's legal team has vowed to take the fight to the Supreme Court, if needed. "This is far from over," said K.A.D.
