Facebook's mobile lead Erick Tseng at the Mobilize conference pressed for the possibility of iOS 5 integration while at the same time leaving doors open for more. While he couldn't say why there was Twitter integration but not for Facebook, he said those at the company "hope to see it soon." It's commonly believed that Apple and Facebook temporarily soured relations after the split over Ping terms and that the division cost Facebook its chance at being fully integrated into iOS 5 code.
