Google has appointed an executive specifically to integrate newly acquired Motorola. After poaching Groupon COO Margo Georgiadis to become its Americas president, Google has shifted current president Dennis Woodside to working directly with Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha. He will also report directly to Google chief Larry Page and CFO Patrick Pichette.
