A separate Sprint model of the iPad does indeed exist, a 9to5Mac report claims. While few details have been shared, the tablet is said to be distinct from the Verizon model, despite both carriers relying mainly on CDMA networks. The Sprint iPad might therefore have additional support for WiMAX 4G, although this is unconfirmed in either direction.
