Satoru Iwata just announced on stage at Nintendo's pre-TGS shindig that the 3DS will be getting a few upgrades soon. No word on any hardware changes -- yet -- but owners can expect 3D video capture as well as upgrades to the Street Pass Mii Plaza and eShop.
