Maxim magazine, which suspended updating its iPad app over the summer, has returned using Moving Media's Mag+ publishing system and provided a new, free app called Maxim+ that will charge $6 per issue, $2 more than was charged for the previous app. The new app promises more of the same features of the previous app, which stopped updating with the June issue.
