Intel's ultrabook category might see Windows PC vendors forced to lower their regular notebook prices to make them seem viable, retailers feared on Tuesday. While ultraportables on average cost about $1,200 versus the $800 many of these companies are used to, plans by ASUS, Acer, and others to start ultrabooks at $799 might put their plans into jeopardy.
