Apple may have won its preliminary injunction against Samsung in Europe by using distorted evidence, Dutch site Webwereld reported. The image of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been cropped and its aspect ratio tampered with, the outfit found. The modified ratio makes the tablets appear "practically identical," where the difference is greater in reality.
