Apple's consistency in App Store policies was challenged again Sunday as iOS owners discovered the Max Go app (free, App Store) had been posted. Much like its sister HBO Go app, it lets anyone with a supported traditional TV subscription watch shows on demand through a stream to an iPad, iPhone, or iPod. While it has more moderate content, such as movies like Machete that are in the premium cable window, it also has the highly sexual After Dark shows that earned the channel its "Skinemax" nickname.
