Some of the fake Apple stores in Kunming forced to change have made some changes to avoid further legal scraps. The original store that sparked an investigation has made a partial concession: it now calls itself a "Smart Store" but still treads on Apple's logo, including the "Apple Store" mini sign in its front window and on the shirts of staff.
