The U.S. International Trade Commission has said it will investigate a complaint of patent infringement filed by Apple against HTC. Bloomberg reports that in the complaint Apple is targeting HTC’s Flyer tablet computers as well as the Droid Incredible, Wildfire, EVO 4G and Desire phones, claiming that they infringe five patents related to software architecture and user interfaces in portable devices, hardware for touchscreens, and movement sensors.…
