IconFactory has announced an update for their Twitter app, Twitterific v4.3 for Mac OS X and iOS, which adds support for syncing reading positions across the Twitter timeline across all platforms, and also adds improved scrolling in Lion, support for viewing iOS photography app Camera+'s images inline and the usual assortment of minor improvements and fixes. The update also improves t.co and Twitter picture handling, adds support for tweet notifications via Growl in the Mac version of the app, and more.
