Bernstein's Toni Sacconaghi issued a research note to clients Thursday regarding Apple's current patent lawsuits against many of the manufacturers of Android phones. In it, Sacconaghi says that he likes Apple's chances of winning -- a lot. He notes that going into the patent suits, Apple has more to lose than the other companies, thus Apple wouldn't file suits against those companies unless it was sure it could win.
