Andres Auernheimer, a member of a hacking group called "Goatse Security" and one of two men accused of stealing personal data on 120,000 AT7T 3G iPad users, is in talks with authorities to plead guilty to charges of conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers and identity theft. His co-defendant, Daniel Spitler, pleaded guilty to the same charges on June 23rd.
