Unity Technologies has announced version 3.4 of Unity, its free multi-platform game and interactive 3D engine for web, iOS, Android, desktop and console development. The new version is described as a "broad update and overhaul" of the software, including new technology for customizing procedural textures either in the editor or at runtime, editor enhancements, downloadable content and hundreds of minor fixes.
