Version 1.1 of the 10.6.8 update is for 10.6.7 users who haven't yet updated and replaces the original 10.6.8 update. [The release notes don't specify changes from the original update, although they probably include those in the 10.6.8 Supplemental Update above.] A Server 10.6.8 Update v.1.1 is also available.
