Amazon has released an update to its Kindle app for iOS devices adding newspaper and magazine support and removing direct access to the Kindle Store from within the app. Kindle 2.8 allows users to read over 100 newspapers and magazines on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad complete with high resolution colour images.
