The latest version of the Facebook iPhone app, v3.4.4, already contains an iPad binary, reports say. Superficially the app update only includes minor changes, such as restoring the Send button to Comments, Chat and Messages, and putting friend lists back in the News Feed filter. By tweaking the UIDeviceFamily variable for the app to 2, though, a functional iPad interface turns on.
