Federal Judge Ronald Whyte on Wednesday denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit over iPad 3G data. He believed the class action case could go ahead as its main plaintiff, Adam Weisblatt, could make the claim "with particularity" that AT&T had promised unlimited iPad data knowing it would cap plans almost immediately afterwards. AT&T, which is a co-defendant along with Apple, tried unsuccessfully to argue that Weisblatt hadn't made a claim.
