Apple's lawsuit against Samsung will not be sped up, as ruled by Judge Lucy Koh of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. According to Florian Mueller, the ruling relates only to a very small subset of the whole lawsuit. This is an indication that Apple will not get a preliminary injunction when it comes to some patents and products.
