A leaked internal AT&T memo may hint at a release date for the next-generation iPhone. The document notes that beginning on July 17th, people activating an iPhone will be eligible for the carrier's Mobile Insurance or Mobile Protection Pack plans. Of special interest, though, is the timing of a planned rate increase for Mobile Insurance.
