In yet another sign that Mac OS X 10.7 "Lion" will be released very soon, Apple has formally opened its Mac App Store for Lion app submissions, AppleInsider reports. While the announcement states only that Lion will ship "this month," most industry watchers are expecting it to arrive on or around this Thursday, July 14th. Developers are being asked to test and compile the final version of their apps against last week's Gold Master developer version of Lion as well as today's just-released Xcode 4.1 for Lion GM seed.
