Verizon's edition of the iPhone 4 already makes up a third of all the device's share in the US, Localytics said in a study of app use. The CDMA version is about 32 percent after just five months in stores where the AT&T version, as well as unlocked devices on T-Mobile, represent 68 percent. Adoption of the Verizon model has only gone up since launch, starting from 20 percent in February.
