Apple is already blocking the Gevey interposer exploit in iOS 5 beta 2, says iPhone hacker MuscleNerd. The interposer in question is a piece of hardware which sits between a SIM card and an iPhone's baseband. By buying the add-on, a person should still be able to unlock an iPhone 4 running iOS 4 or iOS 5 beta 1.
