Akvis has launched Akvis MakeUp 1.0, a new image-editing app for retouching facial and skin elements. The program automates skin retouching without affecting any other elements of a image, and can run in a batch, processing each image in a folder. It automatically hides small imperfections in skin tones, but can also be used manually to find the "golden mean" between glamor and authenticity.
