SoftStep KeyWorx uses foot input to control keyboard, mouse
Keith McMillen Instruments has introduced a new controller, SoftStep KeyWorx, that is claimed to be one of the first foot-controlled interfaces for computers. The USB-connected accessory senses the location and pressure of users' feet, with 11 key surfaces that can be associated with commands for controlling software features such as program shortcuts, text input, switching between browsers, zooming, volume, scrolling, cursor placement and mouse clicks, among others.
