An official policy regarding Apple IDs is already causing problems for iCloud users, people say. For various reasons -- such as working in different countries -- some users may have multiple Apple IDs, to which different iTunes downloads may be linked. If a person tries to turn on Automatic Downloads for two or more accounts, an iOS pop-up warns that people must wait 90 days to download old purchases with a secondary iTunes account.
