According to YouTube, the couple wants to take a photo commemorating Frank's 84th birthday, which they'll then share with friends.
As they wait in vain for the image to be snapped, they somehow managed to unknowingly shoot a video of the proceedings. We can only assume they're using a Flash-capture web app
