"Lion" is due in July as a 4GB Mac App Store purchase for $29.99 (an "in-place" install over Snow Leopard). Lion Server is a $49.99 upgrade to Snow Leopard Server. iOS 5 is due in the fall and finally cuts the tethering cord, supporting WiFi activation, update and sync. iCloud, free of charge (and ads), collects data from your computers and devices and pushes it back out to all of them. iTunes in the Cloud debuts as an iTunes 10.3 beta today. iTunes Match, due in the fall, is $24.99/year; it upgrades all your digital music to 256Kbps non-DRM and distributes it among your iTunes-authorized devices.
