Foxconn confirmed today that its manufacturing plant in Chengdu, China has reopened and resumed operations following an explosion in its iPad 2 production facility last month that killed three employees and left others in hospital. The company has also announced that it has concluded its investigation into what caused the explosion -- suspected to be a result of "combustible dust in a duct" -- but it's apparently not yet ready to release those finding
