Sheriff's detectives arrested a 35-year-old man outside the Higuera Street Apple Store on Wednesday afternoon, reports note. The detectives -- some of which belonged the Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement team -- spotted Robert McGuire downtown, and one of them in particular recognized him from an earlier child pornography case. At the Apple Store, McGuire used a demo computer to check Facebook.
