Wireless Ink on Friday won a ruling clearing it to sue Google and Facebook over creating mobile-optimized websites for social aims. The two web powerhouses had tried to dismiss the suit on the grounds that there wasn't a reasonable claims. New York City Judge Kevin Castel argued that there was nothing "inconsistent with the existence of a viable claim."
