Apple's big media push for WWDC may be due to the sheer scope of the changes in iOS, a possible scoop uncovered. The OS would nave a "completely revamped" notification system, addressing one of the longstanding complaints of the OS since it arrived. Widgets would also finally join the platform for the first time, TechCrunch said, and give users quick-glance information much like their Android and Symbian peers.
